These crackers are inspired by the ones my grandfather introduced me to at the Jersey Shore in the early 90’s. 

 

At the time they were everywhere. And as much a Philly tradition as pretzels and cheesesteaks.

 

Then one day they disappeared.

 

Our mission is to bring them back. 

 

Sometimes the best ideas come out of left field.
